From the initial concept through to sourcing, procurement, contractor coordination and final styling, we oversee the entire process to ensure a seamless and cohesive result.
What’s included
Discovery meeting
We start with an in-depth consultation to understand your home, your lifestyle, and your vision. This stage establishes a clear design brief and defines the project scope.
Concept design
We develop a bespoke design concept exploring overall style, materials, finishes, colour palettes, layouts, and spatial flow. This ensures your vision is fully captured before moving to detailed planning.
Spatial Planning & Joinery Drawings
Carefully considered floor plans and layouts are produced, including detailed joinery drawings and elevations for custom furniture, cabinetry, or built-in features. These technical drawings guide accurate fabrication and installation, ensuring every element fits perfectly.
Design Development
The concept is refined into a detailed design scheme, including furniture, lighting, accessories, materials, and finishes. Every decision is made to ensure cohesion, functionality, and style.
Sourcing & Procurement
We specify and source all materials, products, furniture, and finishes. We manage suppliers and orders to guarantee alignment with the approved design.
Contractor & Supplier Coordination
We liaise closely with trusted contractors—or your chosen team—to ensure accurate delivery, installation, and quality control of all aspects outlined throughout the project.
Installation & Styling
All elements are carefully installed and styled to create a polished, harmonious space. We oversee the finishing touches, ensuring your home feels complete and cohesive.
Post Completion Support
Once we have completed your new, wonder filled home, we are on hand to provide support on any queries you may have in relation to the scope of work we have provided.
From the first conversation to the final styling, our process is designed to make your project feel seamless, considered and enjoyable.
Stage 01
Discovery & Consultation
Understanding your home and vision
We’ll arrange a consultation at your home to discuss your ideas, review any existing plans and carry out a survey of the space. This allows us to fully understand the scope of the project and how you would like your home to feel.
A consultation fee of £190 applies for this stage, which is deducted from your final design fee should you choose to proceed.
Stage 02
Design Concept
Shaping the creative direction
With a clear brief in place, we begin shaping the creative direction for your project.
We explore layout options, materials, finishes and colour palettes to establish a cohesive design concept. This stage defines the overall look and feel of the space, ensuring the design reflects both your lifestyle and the character of your home.
Stage 03
Detailed Design & Specification
Refining every element
This is where the design comes together in detail.
We refine the concept and develop a complete design scheme including fitted finishes such as flooring, tiles and architectural details. Detailed CAD drawings and joinery elevations are produced alongside the selection of paint colours, wallpapers, furniture, lighting and decorative elements.
Every element is carefully considered to ensure a balanced and cohesive design.
Stage 04
Procurement & Installation
Bringing the design to life
With the design finalised, we move into bringing the project to life.
We coordinate closely with trusted contractors — or your chosen team — throughout the build and installation process to ensure the design is delivered smoothly. We also manage the sourcing, ordering and delivery of furniture, lighting and accessories so everything arrives and is installed at the right time.
The result is a beautifully considered home where every detail has been thoughtfully brought together.
