Frequently Asked Questions
-
Consultations will either take place on a zoom video call or in person if you live within a 20-minute radius of Poynton, Cheshire. There is no set structure to the calls, they are always tailored around the specificneeds of your project.
-
To make the most of our time together we always suggest that you send over images of the space, any floor plans you may have, Pinterest or mood boards outlining the look you’re after and any images of furniture you already have that needs to be considered in the design.
It’s also helpful to know the key points you need direction on or any questions you have. We ask that you send all of these across prior to the consultation, so we have time to get to grips with your project and what you need help with.
-
We offer packages for consultations as we find some clients use this to address large projects that need check-ins at different points to help make decisions and other clients require help with multiple rooms.
You don’t need to book all the sessions in at once; we can book them in as and when you require the next meeting.
-
You will receive a document that outlines a summary of what has been discussed and suggestions / ideas for you to take forward in your project. We find this is helpful for client to refer to so that they don’t need to take notes during the consultation.
